Banning smoking

Banning smoking in public places and office buildings is something very important.Experts say that smokers' respiratory system is ten times worse than those of non-smokers'.Every year more than 300.000 deaths are caused because of peoples' respiratory problems. Is the smoking ban the solution? The issue is far from black and white, but I cannot throw my weight behind smoking.                                                                                                              I am in favour of the smoking ban in public places and office buildings.Firstly I would like to say that banning smoking will solve many health problems that are related to the respiratory system.Others will stop smoking, too. This means that the deaths which are caused every year will be decreased and countries that pass the ban will increase their population. Moreover, cigarette companies are going to close, because purchases of cigarettes will be decreased.Consequently those companies are going to be less and smokers will be forced to stop smoking.
Some people argue,of course, that by banning smoking, pub or cafe owners are going to close their businesses and stay without a job. This is a good argument from the other side, but I still believe that those people with businesses can attract smokers with other, better ways.                                                                                                                                                                                         In the end, I agree that some people cannot be forced to stop smoking, but by banning it in public places and also in office buildings, their health problems will be solved. If people still want to smoke, they can do it only in their houses.(I forgot to say  that for those who are smart there is also this ban under this phrase).
