One of the best movies I've ever seen as a little kid and a teenager too. Aladdin is an animated musical fantasy film prodused by Walt Disney Feature Animation and released in 1992 by Walt Disney pictures.
The story is based on a clasic Arab fairytale known as "Aladdin and the magic lamp" from "One Thousand and One Nights". The film was directed by John Musker and Ron Clements and the voice cast features by Scott Weinger, Jonathan Freeman, Robin Williams, Linda Larkin, Frank Welker, Gilbert Gottfried and Douglas Seale.
The movie starts with the vilian of the story, Jafar, searching for an oil lamp which includes a genie who is able to fulfil three wishes. Apparently, Jafar was the advisor of the Sultan of Agrabah who had a beautiful young daughter Jasmine.. Jafar wanted the throne and he would do anything to get it that is why he was searching for the oil lamp. The oil lamp was buried in a magic cave named "Cave of Wonders" and only the who could enter there was someone with a gold heart. This is where we meet our main character Aladdin, a homeless boy without parents and his only friend a little monkey named Abu. His dream was to live in the palace. Meanwhile, Jasmin is forced by her father to marry a prince but the only thing she wants is to meet her true love and spend her life with happiness.
One day, Jasmine couldn't stand her father any more so she tried to escape from the palace and this way she met Aladdin and both fell in love with each other by the first look.
After a big day Jasmine goes home and Aladdin to prison because he was to blame of abducting the prinsecess. While Jasmine believes that Aladdin is dead Jafar treats Aladdin with magic powers into the prison and take him to the Cave of Wonders to take the oil lamp but it ends with Aladdin the owner of the lamp and Jafar wants to kill him.
There is more about this story gets maziness the more amazing it is!!! Another two stories with Aladdin, Jasmine, Abu, Sultan, Rajah (Jasmine's tiger), Genie and the magic carpet of course, are more exiting and magical.
Until today Aladdin is my favourite movie and I believe that it will always be...
