Last year I saw a film called TOMB
RAIDER at the cinema with my brother Mike and our friend Pablo.
Lara Croft is the daughter of an
adventurer who left for a long trip when she was a child. Now she is a 21 year-old
woman without any specific purpose in life. She is spending her time at the
streets of East London as a bike courier. She refuses to take her father’s
global empire as she rejects the idea that he has gone. Ana advise her to face
the facts and move forward after 7 years without him. Something leads her to
solve the puzzle of his mysterious death but even Lara can’t understand what.
Going against his last wishes, she lives everything behind and with the help of
Lu Ren, decides to go to her dad’s last-known destination: a mythical tomb on a
mythical island. It will not be easy for her to survive as she is not alone
there. On the other hand it is an opportunity to earn the title tomb raider.
Alicia Vikander as Lara Croft, Dominic
West as Richard Croft, Walton Goggis as Mathias Vogel, Daniel Wu as Lu Ren,
Kristin Scott Thomas as Ana Miller, Derek Jacobi as Mr. Yaffe, Alexandre
Willaume as Lieutenant, Tamer Burjaq, Andrian Collins, Keenan Arrison, Andrian
Mazive and Milton Schorr as Mercenaries, Hannah John Kamen as Sophie, Peter
Waison as Taxi Driver, Samuel Mark, Sky Yang and Civic Chung as Chinese Kids, Josef
Altin as Bruce the Boss, Billy Postlethwaite as Bill, Roger Jean Nsengiyumva as
Rog, Jaime Wistone as Pamela, Michael Obiora as Baxter, Shekhar Varma and Rekha
John-Cheriyan as Mr. an Mrs. Ahuja , Antonio Aakeel as Nitin and Maisy De Freitas
and Emily Carey as Young Lara 7 and 14 Years Old.
It is my favorite film because
it keeps you interested.
