Oliver Queen was a rich and famous young man from Starling City whose only interests were parties, girls and cars. All these changed when Oliver went on a trip with his family's luxurious yacht with his father and his girlfriend's sister, Sara. While they were in the middle of nowhere the yacht broke and sank to the bottom of the sea with Sara and almost all the crew. Only Oliver, his father and a salesman managed to survive on a boat. After days in the sea the supplies were about to finish so his father killed the salesman and after that he gave Oliver a book full of names of the corrupt people of their city, and then he committed suicide so Oliver could live. One day later he was stranded on an uninhabited island. He managed to survive for five years until he was found by fishermen. Two days after his return he was kidnapped by three men in hoods but he managed to escape. After that he decided to become a vigilante and kill all the corrupt people in his city, but his mother hired a bodyguard, Diggle, to protect him so he could run around at nights. He established a hideout in an old factory of his father. He realized that he was a familiar face so he wore a green hood to be unrecognizable. His only weapon was a bow! After all that he started to hunt down the corrupt

people and criminals of Starling City.
