Jimi Hendrix


Jimi Hendrix was an american guitarist , singer and songwriter born in Seattle ,Washighton on 27 November 1942.His first name was Johnny Allen but his father changed it into James Marshall.
In 1950 he entered Garfield High School.After 8 years his mother died so he left with his father and his three siblings.The same year in the summer he bought his first acoustic guitar and taught himself how to play.The next year after he bought an electronic guitar he dropped out of high school.In 1961 he enlisted the US Army to avoid prison after he was caught riding stolen cars.A year later he was discharged due to an injury.The next 3 years he played backups for famous artists.
In 1964 he moved to NY.After 2 years he met Chas Chalder ,who became his manager.Chas persuaded Jimi to go to London , where he made up "The Jimi Hendrix Experience" with Noel Redding and Mitch Mitchell.Their first single was "Hey Joe" in their first album "Are you Experienced ? " in 1967.In the end of 67 they released their 2nfd album "Axis:Bold as Love". The 3rd album was released in 1968 with the single "All Along The Watchtower" .In 1969 they went on a tour until they split up.


On the coming New Year's Eve he entered the band "Gypsys" with Bill Cox and Buddy Miles. On August 1970 he constructed the first electronic studio for personal use in NY.Unfortunately he didn't have a chance to use it since he died on 18 September 1970 from drug related complications.Despite his death he still remains a world-wide legend.
